Quantaray filter.. any good?
I just bought a raynox HD6600pro WA lens for my pv-dv953 but forgot to get a UV filter to protect it. I can get a quantaray 72mm uv filter with multicoating at the local Ritz B&M for $30. Would this be a bad decision interms of quality? thanks, Mark

Mark, I use a 67mm Quantaray multi-coat UV filter on my Canon 20D D-SLR and I have no complaints. I wanted a Hoya MC UV and I was just going to use the inexpensive Quantaray temporarily but I've happily decided to stick with it.
Here are some sample pics. Click here |
