Turn off flash[GS400]
Hello everyone,
Is there any menu to turn off flash in GS400? It seems random that flash sometimes work, other time just keep silent. TIA Leigh |

Leigh,
Inside the LCD well is the flash control button (second button down with a lightning bolt). It toggles through 3 modes, Auto (white lightning bolt with a subscript A), forced (white lightning bolt) and off (lighning bolt with a yellow circle-slash over it). |

Hi Guy,
Thanks, I found the button. Do you know how many times flash will work? 1000 times or more? TIA Leigh |

Leigh, keep on taking pictures as your flash will probably outlast the rest of the camera as long as its not defective.

I agree with Tommy. It is likely to last forever. I have a photo flash unit for my Canon AE1 Program that I bought in 1982 and it is still going strong.
