NV-GS400 will sell well
The PAL NV-GS400 will sell well simply because it boosts 4 mega-pixel stills; and it's the stills function in a video cam that seems to be what everyone wants---in a small footprint of course.

Don't believe me? Look at these official Pana specs and see what is mentioned first about this video cam.

Those are the specs I posted a while back. I got them from Pana technical. Those are the only ones that were sent to me.

GS400 is going to replace the PV-GS200 right? If so, will it also have that Magic Wire remote (Mic)? I hope so, I may wait for the GS400 to come out then.

No. The GS400 will replace the PV-DV953/MX5000, and maybe the GS100 too---in Japan. The GS100 replaced the MX5000 in Japan. It was never sold outside of Japan.
