That's not a pic of what Chuckmeister is referring to. If I'm not mistaken, that's a photo of a gs100k owned by a friend of the Chuckmeister - the one who found a way to add a filter and hood to the unthreaded Pana WA lens that requires good glue and very steady hands. Supervideo touts it elsewhere on his site as the English Super Mamba or some similar sobriquet.

Yup. I always suggested if you need a filter on your Panasonical adaptor, get a UV filter, take the glass out and then glue the glassless filter on using Crazy Glue or Super Glue. :-))

Chucky must have got a few things wrong =)
on one side he says "2005 MX8000 BLACK MAMBA arrives July 4th" which is GS400 on other he gives the colourful name .. "White Lightning" of the so called "(ie PAL MX700)"... and the specs of..: again GS400 =) so go figure http://www.supervideo.com/WhiteLightning.htm |
