New gs 100
I just ordered a black gs 100 from pricejapan.
Thanks for all the great input on this site. Does anybody have a link for the translated manual? I just noticed that pricejapan is going to discontinue shipping the gs 100. Is there another model coming out? Thanks, Hellmut |

No GS100 replacement has been announced. As far as pricejapan dropping this cam, I don't know why they would. Allan will be able to get this cam for many more months to come, I'm sure, but I'm not sure about the black version---since they were a hot ticket item in Japan. Did you order from Tim, or Supervid via pricejapan?

I ordered via the internet. My e-mail contact was Kaneda. He just answered my 'replacement model' question:
"New model will be released on June, this year (roughly in 100 days) We don't know any information about it. Kaneda" Hellmut |

Well, 2, 3-chip Pana cams have already been announced, but they ain't no GS100 replacement. I'm looking forward if Pana delivers the goods. Thanks for the info.
