External Microphone for GS100
I have just received my GS100 from PriceJapan and am very pleased with it.
I do however want to buy an external microphone. The accessory brochure which came with the camera lists the VW-VMH3 as hot-shoe microphone for the GS100. PriceJapan can supply it for USD160. Can anybody give me some comments about this microphone. The alternative I am considering is the Azden SGM-X. |

Would the Azden SGM-X work?
From what I've read, the Pana mic improves audio somewhat. |

You may want to check previous threads. One of the 100k owners who had ordered the Panasonic mike had problems with it - it didn't work.
