GS100K and MACK extended warranty
Hi,
Is there anyone tried to purchase the extended warranty from MACK in USA? I know GS100K warranty works only in Japan but can we buy the extended warranty from MACK (they said it can only be purchased until 30 days of original equipment purchase)? I contacted the store and spoke to a rep who stated that they would not issue a warranty for a product that is not sold in the United States, because they would have trouble obtaining manuals in English and Parts. I mentioned that it is really an updated model of the 953 that is sold here now, but she stated that the current model would have to be sold here.
