A quick question since I'm flying to Tokyo in a week. Does the GS100 show 16:9 procinema mode or wide mode with black bars or just squished like the MX5k? Thanks in advance.

Does the 16:9 cinema mode show up on the built-in LCD screen with black bars or squished like the MX5k? I think it's pretty silly to have a cinema mode that provides black bars but not in wide mode(true 16:9) so a person can actually see what they are shooting.

In 16:9 mode(wide or procinema) , it is squished. I mean you may not see the original 16:9 in LCD mode.
