GS100 Accessories & Ergonomics
Well reading some other posts I almost regret I ordered the silver model. The good thing for it (appart from the cooler look) is that on sunny day outside it should reflect better the heat. Just joking, now on the topic.
I really like the GS100 ergonomics - slightly smaller than MX5000 with revised grip wich allows you to hold it more confortable. I wonder though how this smaller body will cope with the accessories. Does anybody who owns the camera already have tried to use third party mics or lights? In particular I have short AT stereo mic which I wonder how to attach to the cam when I get it. The space around the intelligent shoe is very densed (touching the viewfinder behind) and I can't find shoe addaptor mounts. Or may be it's better to go for additional adaptor attached to the tripod mount? Any opinions/ideas? Cheers, Bogdan V |

Bogdan, you have to pull out the viewfinder in order to attach an accessory onto the shoe.
