CX350 4 Channel Audio - possible to disable?

Would any CX350 users know if it is possible to disable the 4 channel audio recording in HEVC after the new firmware - 2.01? ... and go back to the 2 channels of the previous firmware version?

Now each time a clip is added to the time-line, it comes with 4 channels of audio, only two seem to actually have audio and it is time consuming to have to delete the two additional tracks for every clip added.

The workspace becomes very crowded with 4 audio channels to every clip (Using Vegas 17).

Thanks,
Robert
