Mono pods
I was wondering if any of you guys use a mono pod with feet and which one you use. I use a Bogen and I am really liking it but the only problem is when I let it go the camera moves up and down ever so slightly. So slight many times you can see it in the viewfinder but I see it later in post. Are there ones that are more stable?

Re: Mono pods
I use a Manfrotto Neotec Monopod with a 701HDV Head attached to it and it's very stable as far as I can see. The handle lock on the monopod makes it easy to quickly drop height when needed too.

Re: Mono pods
With my small form factor cams I use to use the Bogen 682B and I learned the hard way. DO NOT LET GO! I learned to keep light pressure on the monopod to 1) keep it from swaying and 2) keep it from possibility falling over. ;-(
I used a 501 head on mine for no other reason than the pan handle on it as a way to keep that puppy from swaying around. I did however like the overhead shots I could get with it! I felt like I was 10 feet tall!
