Is it possible to Turn off IA Icon?
Hello Everyone. New to this forum. I have a Pano Tm900. The video and still are wonderful. However, I sometimes use a naoflash for recording video pulling it through the HDMI port on the camera. The problem I am encoutering is that the IA icon also records. Is there a way or a button or something in the menu to disable its presence?
Thanks Roman |

Hi Roman,
Have a look at your infrared remote, you will find an external display button that gives you three choices including no icons. |

iA is all very well, but I wish I could have manual exposure enabled with iA doing everything else. You simply can't shoot movies with auto exposure.

Thanks for the reply. Now in turning off the icons will they dissappear from the camvorder screen? I did try that and it seems the icon on the screen remains. The one thing I wish I cold do is close the screen when recording out of the HDMI, but that is not possible because of its location.

Yes, and this is how I often run 'n gun with the little cam. But iA is all sorts of other tweaks like face detection, smile, recognition, contrast control and suchlike. Probably a lot more besides, but I haven't got round to reading the wadge of pdfs, have you?
