Easiest way to burn a blue ray disc from HMC 150

I just bought a new hmc 150 to record hockey games for parents and coaches. I will make normal sd dvd's for the parents. I want HD for myself and the coaches. On my previous camcorder, I just hooked it up to my DVD burner, hooked to my tv, and made a master. I then, took it and made copies from my computer with Roxio. My son is building me a new computer with a blue ray burner in it. Can I just take my sd card and burn right from it to the blue ray burner? Is Roxio good enough for this. I am new to this. I haven't done anything fancy with my dubs, just copied them. As I get more time, I will learn to do more editing. Thanks for your help.
