AVCHD footage from HMC40
anyone care to share a little footage, preferably something with audio?
I don't need much, I just want so see how well the footage from the HMC40 matches up with the Lumix GH1. I'm using a mix of Canon XHA1, HV30 & the GH1 at the moment but the GH1 footage is so good I'm thinking of selling my Canons & and just using the HMC40 & GH1 - I mainly shoot weddings. I'll run the files through HDLink and see how they match up. thanks BTW anyone currently using both of these cams? |

Anything particular you would would like? Indoor or outdoor? Good light or low light? And do you want 24P, 720P60, or what?

wow, a selection!
I don't want to put you to any trouble but a bit of outdoor & indoor at 24P would be great. I can use cineform to alter to 25p (I'm in Pal land) and see how it matches up to the GH1 footage. The Pal version of the camera doesn't exist yet (as far as I can tell) If the image is close it will save a lot of headaches in post (my weak point) thanks again |
