QT into Flash file

Can someone help me on this. In FCPHD l have completed a project and now need to convert to QT movie which will then be put into Flash. Should l make QT movie 720x240 at a high Res? Or is there a format for putting QT move into flash for good quality.

QT to Flash

Try an app called visual Hub
you can just google it, and it seems to do a really great
job. Create a self contained QT right out of FCP at the native
specs that you've been editing with.

Drag it into visual hub and use the presets, they work great.

If you have the Flash Video Encoder plug-in for QT you can export .flv files at various resolutions and data rates, and crop and re-scale.

you can also try on2.com

you can make a reference movie out of FCP (don't check the box that says "Make Movie Self-Contained") and import the ref movie straight into the flash encoder. that's how you do it if you buy the stand-alone flash converter. they also have a compressor plug-in (which i have not used, but their stand-alone works very well) which allows you to convert straight out of the timeline into flash.

on2 wrote the flash 8 code, which adobe purchased and labeled, so you're basically getting adobe quality at a much less expensive price because you're only paying for a video encoder, not the fully-featured animation and web design adobe package.
