Schools
Hi there,
I was just wondering which schools are recognized as being above the standard for DV post production throughout the world? Thanks in advance. |

There are some very good schools here in Vancouver. The Vancouver Film School is one of them.

Emerson College's both undergrad and graduate film programs are VERY good. Their post production facilities are excellent, and I am not exaggerating. The school upgrades its equipment and facilities according to what is being used in the "real world" so students get the opportunity to use equipment that they will be using as media professionals.
Great faculty too! I graduated from Emerson last year, and if I were to re-do my undergrad, I would definitely go to Emerson again. If you need more info, let me know, or you can visit the college's web site at: www..emerson.edu

Hmmm...
Try doing a google search for L.O.A.F.S. Library of Annotated Film Schools You get a whole listing of first hand comments from students. Beware, it contains the good, the bad, the ugly, the rapturous and the simply pissed-off. |
