frame rate and shutter speeds

OK, this may seem like a stupid question, but I've had a few contradictory answers, so here goes: When shooting on our Arri SR2 we shoot at 24fps, with a 180deg shutter for an effective shutter speed of 1/48th/second. So, translated to DVspeak, if I set my H1 to 24f, do i set my shutter to 1/48th or 1/24th for the same "look" as the Arri?

Technically, 1/48th will be the same speed as the Arri and theoretically, in terms of motion blur it should look similar since both the CCD in the H1 and the film frame in the Arri are being exposed for the same amount of time. However, I havn't tried it, so it could be something to experiment with.
