What about...
...new JVC product GY-5000 camera and BR-DV6000/3000 decks?I'm considering to buy it to work with Apple FCP 3.

I've played a little with the camera. It seems to have a very nice fit and finish to it. Ergonomically, it handles very well and has a bright viewfinder. The controls where well placed and easy to find. I only shot a few minutes with it but the images I've seen look great for DV.
The decks I've not used. Are they on the Apple certified list for FCP 3? You can check here.

No,they arent.I live in Pal world and in the list there are not a lot of products:if I want to work with Apple FCP I have to choose only Canon and Sony product?
