New camera's out there, for under $4,500

We're looking to upgrade from our old Canon XL1's. We basically use our current cameras for all around use whether it's shooting footage outdoors or inside lit environments... I've been looking at the Xl2's, but I'm just looking to get some opinions/Advice, any Info???? Not interested in HD cameras

If you currently have XL1s and aren't interesting in HD, then the XL2 is probably your best option. I like it a lot better and it will allow you to use most of your accessories as well.
