Looking for video switcher for live presentations

I'm looking for a simple video switcher, that can take up2 to 4 line-ins and output to coaux. my setup has two DVD decks, a VHS deck and a computer with s-video out.

One control I need desperately is a t-bar and a 'fade to black' feature...

What do they call these things nowadays? Last time I chshopped for a switcher, they were known as 'raptor boards' or CG control boards. Google and other seraches have turned up nothing.
