Where to find power2000 batteries? Or alternate brand?

I've had a BP945 replacement for about 3 years, but lost it the other week. Can't seem to find anywhere that stocks them.

Don't want to fork out for the Canon one, so does anyone know who sells these batteries?

I've also seen Impact and Adorama's selfbrand version. Anyone with experience with these?

Cheers
Aaron

I have had good service from Power101 batteries.

There was a thread recently concerning batteries.

Is that place for real? $12 for a BP945 replacement!?

Also, doesn't seem to be support for overseas sales.

Thanks though.

Maybe this one?

Hopefully early next week I'll have the other generic "BP-945"-equivalent battery available for testing. My tests have largely concluded on the other generic vs. Canon batteries.

Yes, the $12 price is real, but there is $9 shipping for the first battery, and $6 for subsequent batteries.

These batteries work at least as good as the Canon BP-945 batteries. I have 12 of them.

Check the sponsors first. If they have none I got some from East Coast Video for $30. They have worked great.

I saw one on ebay for about $13
http://cgi.ebay.com/CANON-BP-945-BP9...QQcmdZViewItem

and one for $32.

Anyone have any experience.

I checked the sponsors BTW, no go for 3rd party batteries with NZ shipping.
