I e-mailed ProMax and there price was $3795 plus $40 for shipping. But let me ask you Chris or anyone who wants to jump in,,,why should I pay a few hundred more? I myself was kind of turned off by Broadway Photo not tell me right off that the low ball price was not USA warranity. It makes me wonder what else they might pull.

Check out www.resellerratings.com to see how the various vendors, including Broadway Photo, rate. Broadway Photo is well known as selling "gray market" products for a VERY low price and then pressuring to sell accessories at full list price.

There are some other options out there that that provide quick, hassle-free service, including B&H, Camerworld.com, etc. However, dealing with Promax, even if they are a little higher in price, should provide the peace of mind that they stand behind what they sell, and are actually knowledgable about the equipment they promote. What a concept!
