WM9 - What software to use for editing?
Hi,
I am looking for a software that would do basic WM9 editing, cutting, insertion, etc. This is for a test IPTV Pilot project. We receive a feed in WM9 format from a foreign source, now before we send out the feed to subscribers we need to insert local advertisements. So what we wanna do is insert those advertisements into specific location of the feed. But we want to avoid any type of rendering (if possible). Looking for a solution that can handle native wm9 files. Any leads, links, advice would be greatly appreciated.

tough call... i think that avid has committed to native vc-1 editing for next year, but for now?
i would post this question the windows media usenet group... please let us know if you find a solution, even cuts-only capability would be nice. |

Avid Liquid 7, shipping at the end of the month, is supposed to do it (without demux).

I think Premiere Pro can handle those just fine.
