No matter if you’ve had the worst day imaginable … this opening will always snap you right out of it …

Re: RIP Cindy Williams
I will have to have a look on YouTube, this one has passed me by. I don’t think I’ve actually heard of the show, odd as it looks like happy days, period wise?

Re: RIP Cindy Williams
It's one of the spinoffs from Happy Days.

Re: RIP Cindy Williams
That’s right. Paul, Laverne & Shirley (originally Laverne DeFazio & Shirley Feeney) is an American sitcom television series that played for eight seasons on ABC from January 27, 1976, to May 10, 1983.
With the passing of Cindy Williams, Michael McKean (Lenny Kosnowski) is the sole survivor among the primary cast of Laverne & Shirley. And nearly 50 years later, their show is still playing somewhere in the world every day. Says it all. Cheers.

Re: RIP Cindy Williams
I’m amazed just the look made the link to happy days, I’ll have to watch an episode to see what I missed. I found quite a few UK old series on YouTube that did not make the passage of time they were dreadful, or were we just different?

Re: RIP Cindy Williams
There's no accounting for tastes. IMHO Danger Man (which aired as Secret Agent in the US) was much better than Mission Impossible or any of the other US spy genre. OTOH The Avengers (which got raves from many) was pure unadulterated fluff (albeit with appealing color palette in the later seasons). But I daresay many folks would disagree with my opinions. Even so, I find it interesting to see and compare shows from that broad era.
