Re: Example Handbooks for Employees working in a studio
There are lots of different studios and suites for various tasks: recording, shooting, video editing, grading, re-recording, live broadcast, etc.
I recommend starting with your goals. What do you want to do? How many people will be working? How many clients will be observing? Is the final target audio CDs/downloads, YouTube, broadcast, cinema? And then there's budget... Studio can mean anything from a one-person editing suite to a lot with multiple soundstages and interior/exterior sets. :)

The BBC has loads of handbooks covering various aspects, you may get some ideas from them.
