Manfrotto remote grip 523 at DVinfo.net

Hi:
Does anybody know how the exchange the bar adapter on the Manfrotto remote control 523? I have to change the "fat" one to a "thinner" one called 522PB13. Before damaging anything - maybe somebody has some advice.

I use the 523Pro i clip on and needed this once.
