Were do I submit some really incredible Video
I have some incredible crash footage from onboard video..

Make sure you're VERY clear on how the company can use the footage and what (if anything) you get in return. I'm sure there's a place somewhere that will give you money for your footage.

I bet Max X, Maximum Exposure, or Real TV would love that stuff. Max X is dedicated to showing train wreck events! Real TV is similar but is a bit more conservative.
