Need advise on building a computer for Video editing

I need help and advise:
I'm wanting to build a new computer for video editing.
My editing suite is Adobe Premiere Pro CS6
OS is Windows 7
My question is.. which would you use in a new computer of the Mother boards and processors listed below?
Mother Board...LGA 2011 Processor....Sandy Bride Core I7 3930K
or this one.
Mother Board....LGA 1150 Processor.....Intel I7 4770K

Any other information and advise would greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Need advise on building a computer for Video editing

I use the 3930k processor in my video editing machine, running Adobe Premiere, and I couldn't be happier.

According to this chart- PassMark Intel vs AMD CPU Benchmarks - High End The 3930k significantly outperforms the 4770K.
