Blackmagic ATEM TVS Switcher display problem at DVinfo.net

Hi,
I have a very strange but frustrating problem with the BMD ATEM TVS...
It works fine on Mac. When I moved to PC (I am using a Shuttle PC Touchscreen for live event) a strange problem occurred.
The display of the Software Switcher shows a hole on the right side instead of the menu (colors, media, record, etc.). Seems like old overlay problems in Win95. The menu is simply not there and I see through my desktop. If I switch to other menus like AUDIO or SETTINGS they work and when I go back to SWITCHER the last menu viewed takes the place of the hole! A similar thing happens in MEDIA EXPRESS.... Nothing in other Windows 7 softwares !!! Only Blackmagic products !

I have the latest version, drivers, etc....

Can somebody help because as it is now is unusable_ Am I missing some Direct X or something that is needed for this software !?
