HDCAM Transfer to HDD, suggestions on where/who?
I have 11 HDCAM tapes from a recent shoot that need to be transferred to HDD for the editor. Formatted as quicktime or similar. Does anyone have any suggestions on who to use to make this happen? East coast preferable close to NYC that I can ship/go to. I am in SW CT.
Thanks for any suggestions guys, this would be my first time handling this end of HDCAM tapes. Just curious if anyone had a go to place that had reasonable cost and a good experience. |

Re: HDCAM Transfer to HDD, suggestions on where/who?
We do this all the time using a Nanoflash and a HDW-1800 with out problems. In fact our complete archive BetaSP, SX, Digibeta and HDCAM tapes going back 20 years or more have now been moved onto HDD.
