PTZ Camera suggestions?

It appears I'm also going to have to make a suggestion for a PTZ camera. The good news is that because this is going to be for a church (to shoot speakers and events in their main hall), they'll have more of a budget. What my contact did say though is that we need to start with the dream before the church committee will think about the budget. I guess that's been his experience with buying equipment for this church in the past.

That probably doesn't help any, but does anyone have experience in this area? From what I know as of now the needs are that they want remote control that's easy to use (so most people can use it with a little training), ability to go into a laptop for online streaming, and we have low light constraints.

I guess I'll throw out numbers of under $10,000, and maybe suggestions for ones under $5,000 and "around" $2000 since this will probably have to go through committee before the final decision.

I'm going to call B&H about this tomorrow, but if you have any ideas let me know what you think, thanks!
