I HATE missing out on the party and the excitement!
I'll be off line for a week or so; scheduled for some major surgery first thing tomorrow, and no wifi at the hospital Y'All play nice while I'm away! |

Hey Wayne - best of luck.
Sneak your smartphone in with you. Some hospitals are pretty lenient about patients using them. I wound up in the ICU a little over a year ago and my wife left my iPhone in the bedside table. Couple days after I woke up I managed to get it and start e-mailing. Nobody even yelled at me. YMMV! Hope all works out for you. |

I've got my iPad and my mi-fi portable wireless hub with me. they may not have wifi there, so I'll bring my own!
