Cable provider aspect ratio
Does anyone else see incorrect aspect ratio's with comcast or their provider. I have comcast, on ABC this week, everything looks very thin (i checked 2 different TV's). I believe the same thing occurred last week to CBS. Comcast's local commercials all seem to be overmodulation terribly. It is possible that it was a specific programs, I will have to re check that possibility.
I have also noticed the big 3 news reporters seem to have loose english. Cronkite and the others were always purist when it came to their language skills. I hear words such as "git" occaisionally now and I stop and ask myself if that just happened.
Quality in the broadcast industry seems to be slipping.
