Fan hours
Hi,
I'd like to learn what Fan hours is? And the meaning behind it? Can anyone elborate? Im looking at a camera with 500 fan hours and 100 drum hours, should i look at something with less hours? Thanks |

Fan hours is the amount of time the camera has been ON, drum hours means the number of hours tape has run thru the camera, so it seems the camera you are looking at has pretty low hours on it. Of course it might also depend how it was used, treated and cared for and how old it is but all in all, 500/100 hours is pretty low.
