Coverting super8 film/pal mini-dv to ntsc mini-dv Service

Hi all,
I have some super8 film and pal mini-dv that I wish to convert to ntsc mini-dv format. Does anyone know of any not so expensive and reliable service? I prefer them to be in NYC/NJ as I live in the area...but I don't mind sending them away.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

For "not so expensive" service ....

Project the footage on to a screen and point a video camera at it. This is essentially what you would be paying someone else to do.

Likewise, you might as well purchase some standards converting software of your own for the DV tapes.

I've done this.

The way i did it was to connect it all to the computer after the capture.

It doesn't matter that you used PAL, for the capture, let the computer do the work of exporting to what you want the final format to be.
