Pre/Post Production Conference Calls
Was wondering how you good folks handle the logistics of conference calls. Is there a specific service/program that everybody uses? If possible, I'm looking for a free or very inexpensive solution for up to 10 people to conference.

I've used Skype - for voice Conference calls. Software and operation is free. Very simple to set up. Most important everyone maintains good discipline. I think the maximum number is 30 - certainly far more than would be wise unless all participants are very disciplined.

I shot a movie last year. Every person on the crew was in a different part of the country or even in different countries. We did all of our pre-pro mettings via Skype, it rules, although if everyone was on Macs, iChat is pretty darned cool too.
