fader-nd anywhere ?

Hi, I'm urgently looking for a LCW 77mm Fader-ND, but it looks out of
stock everywhere.
Does anyone know where it's in stock ?

Yeah I couldn't find one either, not even ebay.

You want it for an HDSLR? Because I think the market has been stripped of them for that use.

Yes, but I was also hoping to have the one you could rotate as I wanted to change while panning the camera from a dark scene towards the light without washout, I wonder if I could pull that off with a polarizer?

Crossed polarizers should do what you want - just won't have markings on them. I suspect that the variable ND filter has one fixed and one rotatable polarizer in it.

Hi,
Last week I called a company who said they had the Fader-ND 77mm.
So I immediately bought it because I was in need for it and couldn't find it anywhere.
Now I just received it, but it isn't the 77mm.
It is the 82mm and they send a 77-82 adapter ring with it.
What do you think of this ? Is this normal ?
Will it give a difference in effect on my videos or is it just going to be the same ?

82 to 77mm will work fine, that how I'm doing it.

I went the 2 polizer route (1 linear, one circular) for 77mm (as my biggest lens are 77mm) and I got step down rings to 72, 67, 62, 52 which are the diameters of my other lenses.
