Pricing
Hi,
I'm a relative newbie here, and one area where I'm having a real issue with is coming up with a consistent pricing structure for video. Can anyone offer any pointers here? I don't need to know actual rates as such if that's sensitive, but more the process of how you calculate it, such as filming time, how to estimate how long an edit might take etc. For example, I find myself being asked "how much to produce a 4 minute video, featuring 3 interviewees at different locations", etc, and it's a total guess on my part as to how much time to allow for planning, filming, and editing etc. Clearly my time is the biggest aspect of the price. All comments welcome, but especially UK based videographers. |

You might want to take a look and search the "Taking Care of Business" section of this forum.
Hope this helps. Jonathan |

Cheers Jonathan,
I'm still finding my way around here. Apologies if I've posted in an inappropriate section. T |
