Synergy 100
I bought a used Synergy 100 control panel and Synergy 1 frame a couple of months ago but I am having difficulty get them to work. Unfortunately there were no manuals that came with either piece. Does anyone have a Engineering Manual for a Ross Synergy 100 that they could copy and send to me for a small fee.
Thanks for any help or advice Phil |

If you haven't already done so, just contact Ross. Their support is pretty darn good--software upgrades for life! Its a little odd they don't have the manuals on the website.

Synergy 100
I did send their tech support a couple of emails last November asking some questions but got no reply. Anyway I tried a different tack and went to their sales dept in a bid to buy a manual. I did get a response saying that my email would be forwarded to the right people. About a 3 weeks later I got an email from an agent here in Aust and they wanted $430 for the manual. I then tried a different link and got a respose from Ross but the link that they sent to me for the manual did not work. However I looked at the link the other day and realised that part of the link that I was sent was on a seperate line in the email and was not in blue like the other line so I added that peice of the link & it came good with an installation manual wich has answered some of my questions.
