Underscan and 16:9 Screens
Will 16:9 screens, like 16:9 LCDs and 16:9 Plasmas, show a complete 16:9 underscanned frame? Thanks.

I have 3 16:9 screens:
Sony 17" LCD 1280x768 Samsung 22" LCD 1280x720 Panasonic 37" Plasma 852x480 They all overscan by an amount comparable to a consumer 4:3 screen. I think you will find this is typical... |
