Input on purchase
Hi gang,
I am doing a wedding, a charity wedding of all things, and I have my trusty GL2 all ready to go. I usually will use palm cams to do my two other angles, but have grown tired of borrowing another cam, as I only have one JVC palm cam. So I was going to purchase two Panasonic PVGS200 or something similar. I am just wanting input into wether that's a good option, or should i take that 1500.00 and put it towards another Gl2 and just try and work the wedding from just two angles, and maybe use my palm cam as a third, but lesser quality, angle? I thank you ahead of time for any advice. Sincerely, Steven Davis

Don't try to mix a pro (or prosumer) camera with a cheap consumer camera. The color difference will get you every time. If I were you, I'd ge the second GL2 and just do two angles.
A lot better than trying to edit a wedding with 8 cameras...all different, and only two of them pro cameras. But that is loooong behind me. |
