Film Workshop at DVinfo.net

Hi all,

I have been looking around online and have not been able to find too many editing workshops or editing classes in the Vancouver BC area,

What I want is a 3 or 4 day/week editing workshop I would prefer it to be in/on Video Vegas. I use Video Vegas now and I am really happy with it. I am getting better and better with it but I know I am not using it to its full ability.

I know Vegas is not offered at as many schools if any as say programs like Final Cut, Avid and Adobe but I really like it's style. I would be more then happy to learn the above programs as well or instead but all I want is to know one of then really really well and be done with it

So if you have info on good workshop courses in Vancouver BC area please let me know

If you can get enough guys from your neck of the woods together, I am sure that Douglas Spotted Eagle and his Vasst tour might make a trip up there---The guy is a great teacher and you will learn mucho---

Have you tried buying some of the dvd training courses in Vegas (4 and 5)

yep vancouverite here too.. i love that we have such a diverse digital film community here, not to mention such a scenic place to shoot as well :)
