Best place to buy batteries? Anyone bought from Ebay?

i have a brand new battery never used, well i did open it and charge it. i had the jvc gr-dv3000. i got the camera from sam's club, but only had it for two weeks, i brought it back when i purchased my XL1. i ordered the battery straight from jvc for $125.00 after taxes. i got it the very next day. anyways. i have posted on here awhile backing asking if anyone wanted to buy it. i can sell it to you for $40.00 and you pay shipping, i can ship it however you want it shipped. if you add that with your losses you should still come out cheaper than buying from the store.

i'll mail it out to you and you can pay me when you get it and check it out. it's the 2800mah 7.2v BN-V428U. the package says up to 4.5 hours recording time. i haven't checked it out because i haven't tried it, i just charged it on the charger.

i have the original battery case, packing box, shipping slip and return policy. my two year old son was last seen playing with the little plastic peice that protects the bottom of the battery. i have no idea where that is.

i wish i would have read your post earlier. don't know how i missed it.
