If you have clouds and rain for days you would be in trouble. The ratings given for a specific solar panel are full sun ratings. At the time of year this hunt is taking place clouds could definately be an issue. Another issue is how long the daylight hours are.

I am not suggesting this is the solution, just pointing out that it IS available. For me this would work out well as I hunt in Central and Southern California.
