Another creative success should also be mentioned. That's Thomas Vinterberg's "Festen" (Celebration) which started the whole Dogme movement which still stirs my creative juices.
Vinterberg used a Sony PC7 E to make a really wonderful and entertaining film about family secrets at a reunion that goes terribly wrong. Not only was it a well-told story but it looked really good. Very nice naturalistic lighting and direction. |
