HELP !!! zoom & focus stuck on JVC GR-DVP1
While zooming in on a distant subject the zoom on my JVC GR-DVP1 stopped and I now have it stuck at 8 x zoom and the focus is fixed.
I have tried a camera reset. I have tried removing the battery for several minutes to provide a software reset. I have even cleaned the lens, but no change. Can anyone help? Chas |

Well I had a bit of a panic at 1st as it was a public holiday when my camera stopped working and all the help i could get was from the net, but 1st thing next day i spoke to JVC & as it was under warrantee they sent a courier the next day to take it away to be fixed
