TV for DV

Hi

I am thinking of upgrading my TV set and the model that I am interested and impressed me the most, is the SONY KV-32FQ85. Has anyone got any experience with this particular model? I have the SONY TRV80 and this TV would be handy as it has a memory stick slot for quick viewing.

Merry X-mas
Stelios

Try it, before you buy it.

I don't see this model on Sony's website. Is it a 4:3 CRT? I see KV-32HS510, KV-32FV310, KV-32FS210 and KV-32FS100. Maybe it's discontinued?

Personally, I have bought my last CRT television and any new purchases will be 16:9 LCD's...

Stelios,
That model appears to be for the European market (and perhaps other countries outside of North America). That means it is most likely multi-system or PAL, and would not be a big seller here in the United States.

I suggest you try one of the search engines, like Google, and type in "Sony KV-32FQ85 reviews". You may get lucky and find a discussion group or forum that has more non-North American product reviews.

Good luck. Nick

Can't really say for sure, but they often get as technical as we do here......
