Recommendations: Setup for background cloths and green screening

What do you use? Just looking for an inexensive but sturdy setup for a basement studio.

Mostly for video but also some photography.

You say backdrops but of course you will also need some lighting. I got a few backdrops and other cool photo stuff for a good price from ebay at the site liste below. This guy has some qulity stuff at a decent price. You can get better stuff but it will cost a lot more.

Remember lighting plays a big role and even more with chroma key/green screen.
