Home Use lighting for Video ,Cool daylight or Warm White?

Hi,

Recently i wish to do a simple VideoBlog for my webpage.
And because of tight budget...what lighting s'ld i use for my shooting?
Shall i go for Home Use lighting system like Table Lamp or Flourecent Light?
Cool Daylight or Warm White light?
Bulb or Tube?
if setting up the basic 3 point Lighting...how strong is the power s'ld shine out from the bulb or tube for each position key, fill and back light?

Thanks for advice..appreciate!!

There are many things online on how to do it with cheap worklights. Works well enough for me.
