Release for random guys in background ...
Hey Everyone,
I was going through some footage when i noticed two guys in the background of my footage and i wanted to get opinions on whether or not you think they warrant getting a release form from. They only apear on the upper right hand side of the frame as the camera pans left, and then pans right. They arent doing anything noticable and you dont really see thier faces in any great detail. I dont think this requires getting a realease. What do you all think? Thanks. |

You shouldn't have any problems.
It looks like a public place... they were just background. There was no intent to frame or cause them to be framed, in a prominent view in the video... You're safe with your assumption.

How about these billboards?
Do you think I would need any special permissions to show these in the shot? Seems like they were kind of meant to be seen? |
